Narrative Text Pendek


THE BOY WHO CRIED WOLF
Once there a shepherd boy, he had to look after a flock of sheep every day.  one day, he felt very lonely and bored , he deceived to play trick on the villagers, he ran into the village shouting very loudly .’help ! help ! wolf ! wolf ! the villagers heard his crier an come running to chase away the wolf .
when they reached the meadow they asked the boy.” where is the word ? ” the step herd boy said .”oh ! it was here , but now its gone ” the next day the played the same trick again, he shouted ,’ helf 1c wolf ! the villagers ran to help .the boy, but once again they did not see the wolf .
a few day letter , shepherd boy once again shouted.
help ! wolf ! “now villagers did not help the boy . the laughed and said to each to her  ” he is trying to trick us again ” but this time the wolf really came and killed the sheep and no one come to  help the boy . the boy was very sorry , he promised not to trick people anymore.


Two Thin Goats
Once there were two thin goats. Both of them were hungry. They were tied together with brown rope. They wanted to eat the green leaves from two separated bushes. One bush was on the left. The other bush was on the right.
The goats thought they could do everything on their own. However, the rope was short. They tried and tried but they could not reach the bushes. They were sad.
Then, the goats decided to work together. First, they eat the leaves on the right. Then, they ate the leaves on the left. The leaves were very delicious. The goat were happy.


THE FATHER’S WISHES
Once upon a time, there was a farmer who lived with his three boys. Their mother was died. Because that, the farmer very loved his boys. He worked hard to their life.
One day, the farmer was sick and the disease was chronic. His boys were very hurry if their father would be died.
Three days later, their father was died. They were very sad. Before their father was died, their father said him wishes to his boys,”my boys, my time is too short. I wish, if I’m dead, you must be a good boy, work hard for your life, and trust me you’ll success.”
According to the wishes of their father, the three boys did all. They worked hard, and helped others. Each boys planted one apple tree first. And from time to time, their trees were grow and grow until their had 100.000 apple trees.
Finally, each them bought a house and a car. They were success. They said thanks to God and their lovely father.
“We love you father.”


The  Cap Seller and The Monkeys
         Once, a cap seller was passing through a jungle. He was very tired and needed to rest. Then, he stopped and spread a cloth under a tree. He placed his bag full of caps near him and lay down with his cap on his head.
       The cap seller had a sound sleep for one hour. When he got up, the first thing he did was to look into his bag. He was startled when he found all his caps were not there.
When he looked up the sky, he was very surprised to see monkeys sitting on the branches of a tree, each of the monkeys is wearing a cap of on its head. They had evidently done it to imitate him
       He decided to get his caps back by making a humble request to the monkeys. In return, the monkeys only made faces of him. When he begun to make gesture, the monkeys also imitated him.
At last he found a clever idea. " Monkeys are a great imitator," he thought. So he took off his own cap and threw it down on the ground. And as he had expected, all the monkeys took off the caps and threw the caps down on the ground. Quickly, he stood up and collected the caps, put them back into his bag and went away.

Kite's Tale
The sun shone brightly and the west breeze blew. The kite was flying this way and that way tied to her string.
Suddenly the string snapped. The kite was free. She soared high in the air until she could see far, far away.
The kite followed some parrots who took her to see the rainforests. The air was cool and the kite got wet.
The kite followed some crocodiles who took her to see the rivers. The air was misty and the kite caught a fish.
The kite followed some wallabies who took her to see the deserts. The air was hot and the kite got tired.
So the kite followed the sun who took her back home, right to her string
